The brief
Introduce Beara Beara to a LinkedIn audience and give the background behind the brand: who it is, where its bags come from, and why that matters. That story is a lot to fit into one post, and on LinkedIn it has to stand out in a feed of corporate graphics.
The approach
Designed the post as the front page of an old broadsheet, so it reads as a story rather than an ad. A heavy serif masthead spells out “Beara Beara”, flanked by “Est. 2012” and “Handmade to last” ear panels. A dateline-style strapline carries the brand promise: “Independently designed. Ethically made. Handmade to last.”
Below it, four photo columns each tell one part of the story, with a newspaper headline and a short paragraph:
- We Are Beara Beara: the London shopfront, introducing a London design house that brings together British design and Bolivian craftsmanship
- Designed for People: the Athena handbag worn out and about
- A Family, Not a Factory: the leatherworkers who make the bags, and the generations of skill behind them
- Designed for Real Life: the Noah satchel as an everyday bag for work, study and commuting
All the photography is toned to sepia, set on creased, aged newsprint and finished with period rules and a “BB” monogram, so the whole post feels like a piece of the brand’s heritage. The footer repeats the brand’s key points: small batch production, real leather, built to last.
